<p>The Trainee HR Advisor will spend a day a week at Universityof Gloucestershire,<br />while undertaking a full training programme on the other four days with the HR team. Our client will<br />ensure that you gain the right experience to compliment your course<br />schedule.&nbsp; The CIPD course is up to 3<br />years long, so you will be offered an employment contract to cover the length<br />of your course.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While you work and study, you will also be earning &pound;11,698 per annum and<br />your course, which costs up to &pound;2,500 per year is fully funded so you don&rsquo;t incur<br />any debt!&nbsp;&nbsp; They also<br />contribute up to &pound;80 per year for textbooks and if you have to go on a<br />residential as part of the course,&nbsp;they will contribute to your<br />subsistence costs.&nbsp;They will also pay travel costs for getting to<br />University if these exceed those you would normally incur in getting to work.</p>

<p>It&rsquo;s essential that the Trainee HR<br />Advisor has, or is predicted to get, good A Level qualifications, or a degree<br />in a relevant area, the Trainee HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate<br />excellent customer service and IT skills, and a commitment to further<br />study.&nbsp; The Trainee HR Advisor will<br />need their own transport to get to Cheltenham,<br />and be able to attend evening classes or residentials as required.</p>

<div class="advert_content"><span id="lbladtext"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;"><br />The Repairs Planner is responsible for the scheduling of Bromford&rsquo;s repairs works through the Repairs Planning System for our engineers, creating maximum efficiency and ensuring that appointments agreed with customers are kept and the engineers are working to full capacity.<br />&nbsp; <br />The Repairs Planner is also required to provide an effective and efficient administrative support to the team. Whilst also liaising on a daily basis with our engineers and customers to deal with and rectify queries.<br /><br />The ideal candidate must have a proven work history within a planning / scheduling team and have the ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required along with a wide range of administrative experience including use of I.T. packages e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). <br /><br />A comprehensive knowledge of a Repairs Planning System is essential.<br /><br />As a market leader in care and support services, we continually work with our customers to improve and develop our services, ensuring that we meet their ever-changing needs.<br /><br />Passionate about delivering high quality care and support services, we enable our customers to develop and maintain the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible. <p><span style="color: black;">We currently have&nbsp;an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team working for Peterborough&rsquo;s largest housing provider. Our 24 hour Lifeline service supports vulnerable clients, enabling them to remain living independently at home.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: black;">There are two posts available, one for 28 hours per week (Monday&nbsp;to Thursday 8am-3pm) and one for 21 hours per week (Friday to Sunday 8am-3pm). Both of these will be on a fixed term basis for 12 months.</span></p>
